The Black Star
Azura's vision points to Nelacar in Winterhold, and he to Ilinalta's Deep, where the broken Star lies with a necromancer's remains. Bring it back to Aranea or to Nelacar and have it cleansed.

How to start
Speak to Aranea Ienith at the Shrine of Azura, on the mountain south of Winterhold. Asking about elven mages at the inn in Winterhold leads to the same quest.
Good to know
Either star counts toward Oblivion Walker. Azura's Star holds white souls and makes Aranea a follower; the Black Star also holds the black souls of people.
