Skyrim – HundoDex

Build Your Own Home

Pay 5,000 gold for the plot, then use the drafting table and the carpenter's workbench on site to raise a small house, extend it with a main hall and add up to three wings. Each of the three plots is a home of its own.

  • Questline: Hearthfire – Homesteads
  • Reward: A homestead built to your own plan
  • Add-on: Hearthfire

How to start

Ask the steward in Falkreath, Morthal or Dawnstar about land for sale once the Jarl thinks well of you. From level 9 a courier may also bring a letter from the Jarl of Falkreath offering the first plot.
