- Questline: Dragonborn – Skaal Village
- Given by: Deor Woodcutter
- Reward: Baldor teaches you to forge stalhrim and marks the Stalhrim Source on your map

How to start
After The Fate of the Skaal, listen to Deor Woodcutter and Fanari Strong-Voice in Skaal Village arguing about the missing smith, Baldor Iron-Shaper.
Good to know
Forging stalhrim also needs the Ebony Smithing perk. Strike a deal with Ancarion and he stays on as a merchant who pays well for stalhrim gear.
