Rare Gifts: From level 9, a letter from Jarl Siddgeir invites you to Falkreath, or simply speak to him in the Jarl's Longhouse.
Kill the Bandit Leader: Offered by Jarl Siddgeir after Rare Gifts.

Ring of Hircine: Side with Sinding against the hunters in Bloated Man's Grotto during Ill Met by Moonlight, then speak to Hircine outside.
Savior's Hide: Kill Sinding in Bloated Man's Grotto during Ill Met by Moonlight and skin him.
De Rerum Dirennis – Alchemy: In Grave Concoctions in Falkreath, in Sinderion's Field Laboratory in Blackreach and by the alchemy lab in the Midden Dark under the College of Winterhold.
Death Blow of Abernanit – Block: In the Jarl's Longhouse in Falkreath, in Northwind Mine and in the catacombs under Whiterun's Hall of the Dead.
The Black Arts On Trial – Illusion: In the Falkreath jail and in the White Phial, the alchemy shop in Windhelm. Urag gro-Shub may also hand it over at the end of Hitting the Books.
