How to start
A courier brings word from Windhelm once Act I is over.
Objectives
- Talk to the courier.
- Talk to Vitier in the Palace of the Kings.
- Search the dungeon beneath the Guard Barracks.
- Ask Vitier about the Maiden statue.
- Look for the Windhelm Report in the Temple of Stendarr.
- Talk to Vitier.
- Get past the Maiden statue and clear out the vampires under Windhelm.
- Report back to Vitier.
